In the Falerone facility we produce over 120,000 Faleria prosciuttos every year, using exclusively Italian meat, with no added preservatives. Processed according to the ancient traditions of Marche meat production and left to mature with natural ventilation in our mild climate, Faleria products contain the authentic taste of Italian raw prosciutto.
